The manufacture of closed bends with the radius R being min. 0.5 D is the specialization of rt steel s.r.o. and thus it ranks among the only two European manufacturers of this unique product in the market. We manufacture closed bends with the radius R being min. 0.5-1 D by hot bending and with the radius R being min. 1-1.3 D by cold bending.

Pipe diameter for closed bends: 20 to 107 mm. Wall thickness: 3.6 to 9 mm. Material: maximum strength: 700 N/mm2. Closing and dimensioning a bend as one action. Subsequent heat treatment. Closed bends are applied especially in the power industry due to money saving during the building of industrial boilers and exchanger stations.
